The free claim tool on this site looks great. I want to claim on a loan I had in my married name. Since my divorce, I have reverted to my previous name. Can I still use the tool?

    Why don't you just complain direct to the bank and cut out any third party involvement? Simply enclose with any proof of identification they may require.

    There really is no need to use a "tool"

    I just wrote directly giving details of previous names, addresses etc. When my claim was upheld I was asked to provide information which confirmed my identify prior to the funds issued.
