    Good Morning All

    Was looking a bit overcast and drizzly first thing but has brightened up, another quiet day for me, so my little (boring) list:

    Packed lunch for DH - Done
    Check Bank - Done
    Continue watching "A Touch of Frost" boxset on firestick - In progress (didn't realise how many series there are)
    Collect DH's prescription -
    Look into buying a chest of drawers for DS's room -
    Take DS's school shoes for soleing and heeling -
    Check out car insurance comparisons (DH's renewal is £80+ than last year)
    Continue purge on emails -
    Surveys -
    Enter a few comps -
    All meals from cupboards/fridge/freezer -
    Check: Luckyphone, Ashleigh, FPL, Numberplatelotto -
    Read -

    Have a great day, love to you all.

    Hi everyone :wave:
    Thanks for the kind words. Clootiesmum - as I mentioned on FB last night, I just feel quite 'flat' at the moment. Everything is fine, nothing too stressful, nothing unmanageable but nothing brilliant either. I go through these times occasionally and I always get through it. I'll be fine :D
    Still skint, still busy, still not kicked my backside into touch so that I can get on with being a bit more mse than I am at the moment.
    Foxgloves - hope all is ok with you.
    Looking forward to a quiet weekend. My trainer is away, and ds football match has been cancelled so that's 2 less Saturday things that I need to worry about. I will make time to write a list and get back on the wagon - always feel better when I do that.

    Afternoon all,

    I couldn't sleep until he early hours, for no particular reason, so got up late and been a bit lazy today. Raspberry canes arrived but now trying to figure out what to do in order to stick them in the ground - I will have to dig up some of my lawn for them.

    Going to theatre tonight with an old friend - won the tickets but will 'need' to buy a couple of drinks whilst out. Still it will be a cheap night out anyway as I don't enjoy getting drunk or the hangover so a couple will be a couple.

    Today:
    *Quick 30 rush around the house tidying
    *Pet related cleaning
    *All meals from home
    *Confirm necessary purchases for raspberry canes - have copper tape and strultch but seems I need manure and root grow. Need to check shed for fork as I seem to remember mine snapped although ex might have one.
    *Bit of work
    *Get ready for night out! (Not strictly MS but all products and clothes from home and I am really looking forward to it.)

    Hope you all have a great day!

    * [STRIKE]free coffee in town[/STRIKE] done
    * [STRIKE]check on progress of phone repair[/STRIKE] done, repairs didn't work but at least it hasn't cost me anything
    * [STRIKE]check all accounts[/STRIKE] done
    * [STRIKE]check budget[/STRIKE] done :eek:
    * [STRIKE]sort work expenses and receipts[/STRIKE] receipts filed
    * work, work, work! :T

    Have a super day, all.

    I got up early this morning to put on a beef curry in the slow cooker before leaving for work so dinner tonight is pretty much sorted, I just need to pick up some rice on the way home.

    I then arrived at work early and availed myself of the printer and some envelopes and posted all the bits of paperwork I've been meaning to do for ages.

    It's not been a NSD as I needed to buy stamps plus there was a charity fundraiser at work so I bought cake :D Breakfast was defrosted YS raspberries and lunch was the mini tuna baguette from Pr@t.

    Ive made a list of stuff that needs to be done at the weekend, my dentist appointment has been moved forward by an hour so I guess that adds an extra hour of daylight for the rest of the jobs that need doing!

    Have a good one all! :)

    Hi all

    CCL I have those times too. "This too shall pass".

    Both lots of paid stuff with the gym in between. Showered at the gym using up some hideous shower gel that I got about 3 Christmases ago that makes my skin like sandpaper. Splashed out on scampi for tea knowing that DS1 was out and DS2 doesnt like it! He was happy with chicken kiev.

    House is freezing, heating has had to go back on. A night in front of the telly is in order. Will have to work tomorrow.
  • Morning :) Man even though I only drank 2 white wine spritzers last night I feel rough today! Alcohol does not agree with me anymore! The night cost me a grand total of £5 but I owed 1 friend £5 and another £10 so purse lighter than when I went.

    Trying to find the motivation to the allotment, but the day looks meh so I might not even get there! See how I feel in an hour or so. I might get out in the garden and finishing digging the beds here and cleaning the last of the pots - note to self follow Dawn's lead and wash pots as they become vacant in future! Annoyingly the weather is not looking great for my week off!

    Not much dfw things today I suspect but will do the following

    * check banks & reconcile account & spending diary
    * check meal plan for today
    * meeting dd around lunchtime and going to the wildlife park using membership card saving £30 :) Card costs £60 py and we go loads so good investment! DD low at the moment so a bit worried about her. When she goes down she goes so quick and hard :(
    * hang up washing - hopefully the clouds will clear and I can put it on the line
    * Might bake banana bread. I haven't got round to it so I froze the bananas ;)
    * hopefully will do some sowing today
    * film/game and evening with oh

    Ok that's all I can think of. Happy days guys x

    Morning DNMS & all who follow today,
    A better night's sleep than I've had all week. Once I've put the slap on (next job), I shall look almost human. On today's list:
    *Write letter (recycled envelope)
    *Do my mid-month budget check-in.
    *mr f has volunteered to do the grocery shopping on his way home from work. Have given him a £15 Sainsbury's gift card (survey payment) so that will free up £15 of grocery budget for our Loan Pay Down Fund.
    *Re-pot plant. It was a gift & I suspwct expensive. I have pots & compost so no spend.
    *Sock knitting. I finished one last night & cast on its pair.
    *Check baby veggie plants for any problems.
    *Plan tomorrow's gardening session as mr f has promised me a couple of hours of muscle.
    Wishing everyone a peaceful weekend.
