Hey guys, just wanted to update this and also to thank you.
I have my money in an Internet saver from Tesco since I was advised by you guys, and managed to go in a Barclays branch where they did confirm that I was accepted for the basic account.
I have 2 direct debits set up on the Barclays card (1x Tesco and 1x Ebay -Paypal)
Are these enough to get incentive for Nationwide? (They will be active and paid debits by the time I switch, just checking as I did not see many people recommending Paypal as DD)
The plan was to have HFX(current), NW, BOS (which was unsuccessful) and TSB but now that the Tesco current account is back I am thinking of going for Tesco rather than TSB. How are you guys feeling about the new conditions on Tesco? I think that it is possible for 1 account to gather 3 DD but difficult if you want 2.0
