Asda Money Cashback card changing to vouchers

i found Asda/Creation cs to be poor. this change pushed me over the edge & i closed the account.

mine changes over on the 24th may.i have been in touch with asda money they have said you can get paper vouchers but only after full year, you would have to wait.here is a free number to call for info 0800 9520101. has anybody downloaded the voucher to the mobile phone was it easy and no problems using in store, please?

I haven't got an Asda credit card but I would say yes.

This is based on the fact 2 of my other credit cards from Creation allow additional cardholders - and if thats not enough - the Asda card's T&C (on Creation's site at http://www.creation.co.uk/files/Asda-Cashback-Credit-Card-Terms-and-Conditions-131216.pdf) also mentions Additional Cardholders!
