Tix (the insolvency exchange)

Hello everyone,
I have a question about TIX.. i have a creditors meeting on the 3rd of April. I found out is more nearly %30 of my creditors are represent by this agency. I have made purchase with Very within 6 months an ipad september and an laptop on november. I heard very shop direct usually ask for modification or reject iva if there is a recent purchase. I wasn't worried as they hold very little share in total until i found out they also represent by TIX . Now i am worried to death they would vote for all one same vote and i would get rejected. Have you got any idea that Tix vote and concider each creditor individual or look at the whole picture and make one discussion. Our offer is 15.14 for £ . I dont know how many sleepless night i can bare as its already started effecting my job

Just because TIX represent several of your creditors does not mean that they will vote the same for all of them.
When TIX represent a creditor they may be given instructions regarding how to vote in certain situations.
They submit one proxy for each creditor, quite often the votes will be the same, but not always, it is not unusual when creditors have different standing instructions for TIX, to receive several proxies from TIX with different instructions, and on occasion have the modifications actively contradict each other.
