MY ALL 4 on demand keeps playing the adverts then an error message comes up


anyone have a clue whats happening?

Tried rebooting the tv ?

What does the error message say ?

Does it play anything or do the ads play then the error pops up ?

do you have BT broadband?

Did a google for 'all4 error-011', and top reply is this.

I reset the TV to factory defaults, and also changed it to use the 2GHz wifi signal rather than 5GHz and it now works OK with All 4.

Not sure which of those two things fixed it, probably the factory reset.
