christmas in London

Hi

Myself and mum , brother are planing to have christmas in London. I have planned the job to plan the event as it my mum's 60th brithday. So What Should I including in the plans ?

Any one know a good nice hotel in london which we can stay? Both myself and my brother are wheelchair, so the hotel need to be accessability.

Well there's no public transport in London on Christmas Day, the shops & tourist sites are closed (except Dickens Museum), few restaurants are open - except ethnic & places selling expensive Christmas lunches and the taxi you need will cost an arm and a leg rather than just a kidney
