Anyone know where I can get a VERY CHEAP digital camera with the following specs:
-3 and above MegaPixel
-SD/MMC slot
-2 and above optical zoom
-LCD
-still+video feature (better if it has webcam feature as well
)

Only place I can think of is Morgan Computers - they've been doing end of line and refurb kit for ages. I've had quite a few computer bits from them, but no experience of their cameras - try the following link:
