i think they are ripping off their customers by sending out such complicated bills and meter readings!i was living in a tiny 2 bedroomed flat and paying £15 per week gas(and hardly ever having the radiators on!)and they still sent me a final bill when i moved and i have moved into a huge 3 bedroomed house paying £7 per week gas (with British Gas) and it breaking even on my bills!!
