I think it might help get you some help if you helped those who might be able to help if you paragraphed that huge wall of text. Also, you need to knock off your 'Smart Punctuation' on your iOS device.
Go to 'General' > 'Keyboard' > 'Smart Punctuation' and flick the switch off.
As far as I'm aware, there's no such thing as a 'Defence Skeleton Argument' and if this draft is your 'Defence', any 'Witness Statement' comes much later in the process, not at the 'Defence' stage.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I've edited it. Sorry I posted it then noticed so I edited it straight away, you must of seen it whilst I was editing it. I know the witness statement comes later, I was just asking a general question about whether that is what includes the evidence of the defence. I'm just preparing myself.0

And it needs a statement of truth at the end, then your signature and the date, in the one you actually email to the CCBCAQ email address.
I think here in the very first point you need to explain you are that keeper, thus:1. The particulars of claim do not state a clear cause of action. The Claimant has given no indication of the nature of the alleged contravention in the particulars of the claim as no notice to keeper PCN was served to the keeper at the the keepers address. The Defendant is the registered keeper, and contacted BW Legal by email 3 times...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
