Music magpie not paid me for my phone i sold to them

Hopefully this is in the right place.
I sent my iPhone 6s plus to musicmagpie to sell it and they offered me £303 for it so courier comes and collects it and they receive it and then send me an email saying it went through testing and its still connected to my icloud (my mistake I thought resetting the phone automatically takes it off) so they tell me by email to take it off and how to take it off and then to email them straight away when its done saying I have 4 days to sort it or else they will keep my phone and 'recycle' it. I did it immediately on the 7/03/17
Its now the 10/03/17 and they told me my item was sent for retesting 4 days ago and I have to wait for It to be retested but its been 4 working days so should have been done. I call and they all say they will send emails to the department and then they will get back to me but they have not. I feel like I will never get this money and I feel like something dodgy is going on. I need that money. I'm not prepared to lose this but they are not sorting it out! what do I do next? I have sent an email complaining but they don't seem to respond to emails. What rights do I have now and are their laws they need to abide by? what if they don't pay me? should I report the phone stolen and get it blocked? I have really lost out here

A LBA might be a little premature considering the reasons for the delay in the first place. Personally I would just wait until after the weekend and see if they sort it for then.
Not sure if they have mentioned 4 working days to you as it's mentioned in the OP but 4 working days from the 7th when you disconnected the phone would take you to the 13th due to the weekend.0 -

It is supposed to take 24-48 hours which I was originally told after the delay. Then when I contact them again I'm told its still being re tested. I was given 4 days to take it off icloud. Yes it was my mistake but it shouldn't take this long and why would they ignore countless emails? I am worried I wont get this money now and they will keep my phone. What action can I take if this happens? I'm panicking now0 -

ok I will do this. I'm just upset I have to go through all this now. I only sold the phone because I needed to pay off my remainding amount on my mobile contract so I could cancel it as no longer wanted this contract but I can not do this now because they have not paid me0 -
I wouldn't bother with a LBA just yet - by the time its delivered to them, it'll probably all be sorted. They gave you 4 days to disconnect the iCloud before they retest - since that was on Tuesday, they'll probably have just moved it to next weeks test pile.

Thank you. I understand what your saying. Yes it was my mistake but I corrected immediately the same day they told me. I didn't think that when they gave me four days that it would also be four days before they re tested the item. The 4th day was on Friday so on Monday Is the last day and I will ring them about it again before doing anything else0
