PPI help please

Can anyone please advise who is dealing with the claims please.

    You cant say you didnt know. You must have done, its there in black and white.
    If you say you didnt know how can you prove that it was miss sold you remember nothing .
    They dont give you it back just because you paid it. You have to back up a complaint with proof, presumably you dont have any.

    These are all preregulation any way.

    Thank you for your reply but yes I do have proof all copied and ready to back up my complaint. Its all been storage for years until the box was opened this week.

    When i say 'pregulation' it means they dont even have to look at ant thing at all.. they can just say Jog on. FSO WONT GET INVOLVED AT ALL EITHER. BUT GOOD LUCK ANYWAY

    So this "proof" will also indicate that you did know (or should have known) about the insurance. Not looking at statements is not a valid reason to complain.
