PPI from Store Cards and Shop Direct

Hi all,
I've had a few loans but always thought I never had PPI because I'd have known if I did. Now loads of people are telling me that's the whole point, most people didn't know they had it either. So I've decided to look into it, might as well.
I'm looking through all the credit accounts I've ever had and just come across an Isme (now Very) statement that says: Service Charges, 27 Apr 13, Shopping Insurance Covers Your Purchases & Payments, £21.59.
Can I reclaim this?

If you want to complain about your Shopping Insurance policy being miss-sold then the details are below, do note it is a complaint, not reclaiming, so try and provide reasons why you don't think it's suitable
http://www.very.co.uk/make-a-claim.pageSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
