problems with cancelling EE

Last December EE notified me of a price increase on my phone and broadband package, after looking around I decided I wanted to switch away and took into account the advice that as they were increasing prices I did not have to wait until the end of my contract. Within 30 days of the notice of the price increase, I set in motion the switch and informed EE I wanted to leave, they insisted that I would have to pay a leaving charge (£130). I rang OFCOM who confirmed that I shouldn't have to, I spoke at length to a supervisor at EE who was supposed to get back to me after 4 that day, they rang before 4 but as a teacher I couldn't take the call and then did not ring back. They still billed me for the leaving charge and am now complaining that I haven't paid it. I will need to ring them later. Any advice thank you
