NCP Parking Charge - Monthly Parking Permit

Options
Morning,

Background: I pay £110 via direct debit for a monthly parking permit @ NCP Benfleet Station Car Park. The permit displays my license plate and expiry date.

Yesterday I returned to my car after work, to find a PCN on my windscreen, it appears my permit had blown off dash board into the foot well. The PCN is £75 or £50 in 14 days. I have logged into their online portal and the photo evidence is there.

I have read the newbie page but I couldn't find anything about "season ticket holders" (forgive if me if I missed).

How do you recommend I proceed with this?

Thanks,

J

What is the arrangement when you forget your train season ticket and have to buy a day ticket, can you claim a refund?

The type of permit you have is irrelevant. You appeal on points of law.

Simply send the BPA template in blue from the NEWBIES thread around day 26. Carefully add without revealing the driver's identity that the keeper has a permit that takes primacy of contract over NCP's Ts and Cs.
If the car park is covered by byelaws, also carefully add that it is non relevant land so the POFA 2012 does not apply so the keeper is not liable.
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D
    All my screwdrivers are cordless.

That's because none of that matters. Send the template appeal at the right time, as registered keeper. Do not talk about who was driving.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
