Difference between charges click energy 2 and 3?

Hi

I am with British gas for my electric only.

I changed to click 2 a couple of months ago. I cannot for the life of me see the prices of click 2 or 3 to see if its worth me changing over to the new 3!

Am I also allowed having just changed to click 2?

There was no difference in the Click 2 and Click 3 tarif, Click 4 seems to be cheaper on Electricity but only for the Yorkshire region. Not sure about gas, never used Click for gas.
