I am simply amazed!! I read an article Martin had done on this on Tuesday so I thought I'd send his quick and easy letter off to the banks claiming back fees for my packaged accounts. Not thinking I'd hear anything as you always think this wont apply to me! Literally 2 days letter and after 2 phone conversations with Lloyds I have been fully refunded to the tune of £4982....let me repeat that, £4982!!!! I'm absolutely gobsmacked but over the moon as you can imagine!! Don't just think the TV and radio adverts are just there to sell, and don't use a company to pay them claim back fees to get your money back, it really is as simple as filling out a template letter!!!

Thanks again Martin and I'm off to try claim back some PPI now!
