Hi all,
Just an update for anyone wondering on timescales.
We submitted docs needed (bank statements, payslips, application form) and received back the formal offer within 17 days. Seemed to be conflicting info on when they survey was being done but unsure whether this was our broker or Kensington.
However so far so good!0 -

9. Memo of sale
Is this positive?0 -
Question regarding rent payments for a adverse credit mortgage. My partner had rent arrears that were being cleared monthly on her council property and were paid off 7/8 months ago. Is this likely to be an issue?0
