UPDATE: WE JUST GOT OUR MORTGAGE OFFER!!! 

I cannot even begin to express the relief I feel. Valuation was all good and the offer has been made today as we needed. THRILLED!!

we are still waiting they said this morning that the files still didn’t come through properly 🥺 hopefully we have some good news tomorrow!

Hey everyone, how long did everyone take from valuation to offer? I’m so worried it’s not going to go through but we had our valuation yesterday 🤞🏼

8 weeks ago we applied, I feel like we're being strung along. Submitted all they've requested, and explained every query they've asked about the microscopic details of our finances. They go silent for a week or more, then request a statement I've already given them? - Rinse repeat. 

Anyone else had this sort of experience? Our sellers are threatening to ditch us, so we're getting a lot of pressure, frankly, I don't blame them. Trussle said the whole process would take 15 days... Hard to know who is to blame, I suspect both.

Just had to appoint a conveyancer without having the mortgage agreed, to show we're committed. I'd like to ditch Trussle and Kensington but we're too far down the line.

Ours was 6 days but that included 4 days of the jubilee weekend. Valuation was on 31/5 and mortage offer issued on the 6th

We had our offer the day after our valuation.
