In past 18 months they have screwed up loyalty discounts so no 2 bills are same and I had to mantually phone to get it adjusted.
Back in December I queried a house move and mentioned I was promised a free home move due to previous issues by escalated complaints advisor and £20 credit.
I never agreed to house move just enquierd and was promised a call back, which never materialised and only found when internet at old property cut out, bear in mind up to this point I was up to date with payments, payment is due at end of each month in advance but wasn't taken end of December and was given a confusng bill in Jan stating I owed £79 bearing in mind again I had a £20 credit in December so it should be £59, I decide to pay £80 to clear it in case the £20 came off Febs bill but was told on the phone in fact I owed £89 and that was after the £20 credit was applied, so I wrote another complaint to executive office and never heard back, Then start of Feb despite paying £80 my bill was now £130!!!!
How can a £39 a month service make me owe £130? And to top matters off they cut me off for non payment as I only paid the correct amount of £39.
What are my rights?
