FTB Asks some Stupid Questions...

Hello, I am a FTB and have recently had an offer accepted on a GF flat in a small block. My mortgage application is good to go and the solicitors are set to maul the paperwork. I maybe somewhat premature but now my thoughts turn to actually moving in but I have large gaps in my knowledge in that area, not so much moving…

one other thing to think of - if you're new to the area (or even if you're not) have a takeaway leaflet handy for your first night there - even if you get the oven etc sorted the day you move the last thing you're likely to be wanting to do is cook. And remember which box you pack the corkscrew in too
