You do it via the CRAs.
But think hard about whether you really want to. It will cause all applications to be manually worked, and therefore may be rejected by those businesses that don't work that way.0 -
Above is correct, when we credit score someone and it detects a a notice of correction, it automatically refers an application for further investigation, when it would have otherwise been a straight approval. What message would you be looking to convey?0

If a NOC is found on a credit file, the company dealing with the application would refer to it and take any necessary action before declining a request. It doesn't mean you're any more likely to be declined, depends what the NOC is for. I've had a NOC on my file for years, it's never had any effect for me.0
