Health Insurance - EU National

Hi,
My partner is Portuguese and living in the UK. Assuming that he is able to stay here (!) I believe that he will need to take out private health cover as he will no longer be able to access the NHS. I wanted to ask whether, if this goes ahead, it will be cheaper to take this out now as are the insurance companies likely to hike their prices for private health cover for EU nationals once Brexit comes into force?
Any advice is most welcome.
Thanks,

As with all of these things the answer is "nobody knows (yet)".0

Agreed.
Your plan sees you spend money on something that may not be needed in the hope of saving money for two consequential things neither of which may not happen.I am just thinking out loud - nothing I say should be relied upon!
I do however reserve the right to be correct by accident.0
