    Hi

If its green algae then I would recommend the Astonish mould and mildew remover. Just squirt it on and wait.

I know that this is not eco friendly as it contains bleach but Hey Ho it works.

It can be bought for just £1 from your friendly Home Bargains/Poundstretcher type outlets.

    Cheers

    Hi,
I use Wet & Forget. Not the cheapest, just mix it in a sprayer soak area & forget about it, no scrubbing.

    Moneysaver.
  • We use Patio Magic on our Indian sandstone patio. Easy to use and very effective; available from Amazon, B&Q and other such outlets.

I use sodium percarbonate as a patio cleaner. Its a non toxic granule that produces alot of oxygen and water, it lifts the dirt straight off. It does a very good job of killing moss on my drive too!

Some patio/slab cleaners are poisonous to cats.

Read the whole label, including the small print - the main label sometimes says 'Safe once dry' whereas the small print will say to keep animals off the cleaned area for 48 hours.
