PPI form filling mistake

Hi I'm stressing right now. Sorry for the confussing post.
I looked on MSE.com and used the Reclaiming PPI tool, there is a drop down menu asking you to choose your bank account (I was doing a claim for a barclays credit card). I clicked on barclays as this is my bank account. I then filled out the form. On the form it asks what the PPI was for and I clicked on A credit card from the drop down menu.
The thing is, after I submitted it, I looked on the Recliaming tool on MSE.com and noticed that on the drop down menu there was a choice for Barclaycard itself.
I'm now paniking that I've messed it all up. Have I messed it up?????
The whole thing has got me completely stressed, I think I should have paid a company to do it, I never been good with things like this.:embarasse

The worst that can happen is that it comes back that they cannot find your account, and you redo it.
You can still recreate the effect of using a claims company by simply taking half of your money and throwing it straight down the toilet.
