Hi All,
I applied for the m&s card as I liked the look of the 25 months interest free now I got an email saying it was referred to underwriters and they would get back to me within 5 days a day later which was today I got an email saying congratulations your application is successful and they are sending out the terms and conditions for me to sign and return then get the card.
Is this right all the other cards I've had it was just an online signature?
Thanks

If M&S is still owned by HSBC then this is pretty standard practise. When you apply to HSB they send a written hard copy contract to be signed and returned.0
