Trying to find Boots Dental lender name from 2004-5

As per the subject - I had a finance deal with Boots Dental back in 2004-5, it was signed when I was still a student and I am relatively certain it had PPI attached to it. However can I remember the lender name or find any records?! No I can't. And the bank account the money went from has long been closed too. Sigh. Would anybody here happen to know the name of the company so I can at least attempt to claim some pennies back?
V much cursing the young and foolish me right now...!
Thanks in advance

You dont need the lender. They are not liable for the sale. Boots are.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

You do need to recognise you are not claiming anything back, you are complaining about miss-sale so you need to complain to the seller (Boots) giving your complaint reasons (a full time student would be a valid reason as PPI didn't cover you unless you were working 15/16 hours a week)
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
