Although I read the forum guides I am still unsure, the parking charge was from a B and M store area, many months ago. The latest letter is from gladstones, do I still ignore this? They don't know who was driving. I don't have the old letters from G 24,.
The boards advice re scotland , is to ignore charge letters, but how come gladstones issue standard letters to scotland, where the law is different? From England? The letter threatens cc , which don't exist here.

its probably a DRP letter, not GLADSTONES
check the letter itself and see if the details are from GLADSTONES , or from DRP
(I believe you will find it is a DRP drivel letter)
see the BMPA ZENDESK for comparisons
just because the letterhead says GLADSTONES does not mean its from them , read it carefully and properly (this mistaken identity issue has been covered zillions of times on here)0 -

If that's the case and they don't exist in Scotland (I'm no expert on Scottish law, but I'm taking your word at face value) then you need to complain to the Solicitors' Regulation Authority (SRA) that you are being vexatiously misled by Gladstones. Ask them to take punitive action against them. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

In the past DRP had used some old Gladstones headed paper with the wrong address of "The Stables, Red Cow Yard, Knutsford, Cheshire" on them.0

What part of IGNORE is giving you a problem?
Threatening English court to people in Scotland is however something your local trading standards might take an interest-in.0 -
Yes, I mean CCJ. .scotland has sheriff courts which awards a decree against debtors.0

so has the letter come from DRP then ?0

Gladstones do not know if they are coming or going at the best of times
They don't understand that Scotland is not in England
They and their stupid debt collectors who pretend to be each other most certainly require an investigation by Trading Standards Scotland. It's no different to selling fake products0 -
Thanks to you all, I have had letters before from DRP, at no time did I contact them btw, and they don't know who the driver was. This seems to be from gladstones,The Terrace, HIGH leith Golf club, Knutsford. Solicitors in a golf club?!
Letter gives ph no for DRP, directs all contact to DRP.
It states that our client may take legal action. 14 DAY To reply.0 -
