Anyone purchased from the upmarket bespoke refurbished staircases people Neville Johnson ?
Can you barter or negotiate the price with them ?
We have been quoted circa £6K for a glass/oak staircase WITH a 20% discount - just wondering if they will come down a little to attract the business ? Salesman didnt appear to want to move so we said we would think about it in the hope he chases us and we can negotiate a slightly lower figure

They built an office on a landing for us long time ago, maybe 16 years ago. Did a really good job and we didn`t barter, we had a quote, which we accepted. That office helped to sell the house, eventually0

We had a rep call once. He was the most obnoxious, boastful and racist man I've ever met!
When he asked how much we were hoping to didn't for our units I deliberately under-stated the amount and was glad to close the door behind him.Member #14 of SKI-ers club
