Hello, I'm new here and after some advice from anyone who's been in a similar position or knows the system well.
It seems Experian don't believe I am who I am. All info I gave during the registration process was correct, I've lived at the same address for 21 years. The only thing I can think of is they asked me for a credit card I have and how long I've had it, which I may have got wrong. There isn't any option to correct that though.
Is it worth ringing them to try and sort it out?
I only wanted to see my credit file so I can start checking for mis-sold PPI.
Any advice gratefully received.
Doug
