Former GE store cards (Burton Group) Santander

Hi.
I thought I would post in-case this is of use to people waiting about PLEVIN updates on cases that have been closed previously.
I had several cards issued by GE Capital bank for the then BURTON GROUP. (Principles for Men, Debenhams, Burton Menswear)
I had PPI on 2. The Debenhams and the Burton card.
Santander said I was not mis-sold the cover on the Debenhams card. (I was though) But they were going to keep the complaint open because of the undisclosed commission situation.
I just spoke to them about the Burton card and whilst I was on asked about the FCA press announcement recently. The operator told me Santander will be doing nothing until September this year and my complaint will remain open.
So I think it will be a while before we get some closure on this.
