I would like some tips on how to proceed in relation to PPI. I would like to do it myself but the only "loans" that I have had over the last 20 years was the mortgage with Nationwide which was fully paid 15 years ago and car loans, as follows:
Car loan from Hitachi Capital 2002 to 2004 for a Jaguar and another 2 years later for another Jaguar for another 2 years.
After that I have had a lease car from Mercedes Finance every 2 years for a new Mercedes.
I don't have any information in relation to the Finance agreements apart for the last 4 years with Mercedes Finance.
I am with Noodle in relation to credit score references but online they don't go back more than 2 years. Neither does Barclays Bank which is my main bank.
Any ideas how to proceed?
Thank you for any help with this matter.

Pre-regulation case. If sold by an employer or agent of the lender, then they are liable. If sold by car dealer then they are liable but will reject it as pre-regulation as dealers did not become regulated until 2005.I don't have any information in relation to the Finance agreements apart for the last 4 years with Mercedes Finance.
You dont need agreements. That is a myth.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
Who do I do the claim against PPI on my lease Mercedes cars for the last 10 years, as I have had 5 new car leases during this period of time.
Would it be the garage or Mercedes Finance?
