Apple Music Icloud music library

I put this is music money saving but it probably sits better here.
Apple music states that if we cant match certain songs in your collection to songs in the apple music catalogue we upload a copy of yours to icloud music library so that you can play it on all your devices.
Despite several times reloading the library I have albums that are not in apple music but are not uploaded, they just appear greyed out, I have hundreds of tracks like this, how can I make them upload? Should I try to do it individually?
