Supporting brother with mental health illness

Hello,
I have been searching on the internet for a forum or support group. Recently my brother has suffered a break down and I am supporting him. My Dad is also ill and is in hospital so I am the only one who can help him.
Brother is now signed off work and on lots of medication but still needs my support so he doesn’t have another episode. So he is dealing with it, with my help.
It may sound selfish but I wondered if there was a forum where I could get some support just a forum or website where I can let my feelings out/get advice – I’m exhausted and need to be strong to support them both.
Thank you.

Try MiNd or SANe"if the state cannot find within itself a place for those who peacefully refuse to worship at its temples, then it’s the state that’s become extreme".Revd Dr Giles Fraser on Radio 4 20170

There are often local carers groups- does your brother have a care coordinator or key worker? They should know what is nearby. The mental health trust who care for him should also have a carers lead that you could ask. Also you should be offered a carer's assessment that will also help signpost you or identify any support you need- ask for this if you've not been offered it.0

It might be worth looking into having a carers asessment with your local council, more infor here https://carers.org/article/carers-assessment
and theres this forum that might be able to help https://www.carersuk.org/forum/specific-disabilities-and-conditions/mental-health
