Hi there,
I have totally buried my head in the sand and now I have come up for air!
I have a CCJ against me, BUT, I don't have any information about who to pay, I've lost it all.
I am willing to start paying it and want to do something about it but need some help with where I can find out all the information I need?
Any advice gratefully received
Brett

Good job on facing your debts! It's the very important first step
.
Start by pulling statutory report from all three CRAs: equifax, experian and callcredit. It will take a bit to receive them by post, so start filling today. This will give you complete lay of the land, including details of the CCJ: at least name of the court which issued it and signature of the case. You can use that to call the court and find out all the details about it.0 -
Thank you Arleen, I will look at that as soon as I can (i'm at work right now).0

try contacting the registry trust they offer a search for the information about the CCJ, you then need to contact the court it was held at providing case number and all the other bits and they'll be able to tell you company name or solicitors that you need to contact0
