RTB vs VRTB vs RTA - Differences?

Hi, as I understand it post '89 tenants are 'Assured Tenants' and pre '89 are 'Secured Tenants'. As well as a more secure tenancy; STs have a RTB whereas ATs have a RTA. But a Bill is currently progressing through Parliament proposing to give ATs a similar RTB option through the new VRTB scheme.
As far as I'm aware the current RTB offers a larger discount than RTA and it's generally assumed the new VRTB will offer similar discounts to RTB?
I know the RTA scheme offers discounts between £9-£16K, but I don't know what discounts current RTB tenants receive? Would anyone know this?
Also has anyone been through the RTB or RTA scheme and how smooth was the process? Also what sort of discount did you receive if you don't mind me asking?
VRTB - 'Voluntary Right to Buy'.
RTA - 'Right to Aquire'.
RTB - 'Right to Buy'.
