    Perhaps I'd better remove the NTK section rather than risk the POPLA code expiring.

  • Hum. If I have to submit the appeal within 28 days to be safe, that's around 20th March. The 56 day limit for the NTK expires on 27th March.

    So I suppose I could leave it in, re-word slightly, submit the appeal on 20th March and just assume they won't get an NTK to me in the 7 days following.

    Do they tend not to send NTKs out?

    That is exactly what to do, except that POPLA codes last for 30+ days so submit it on the evening of day 30.
