I drive a £500, 15 year old family car, not a supercar. Does that make me apparently poor? Or does I mean I'm not spending money on things that will lose value.
I learnt a good saying recently; "If you want to stay rich live like you're broke, if you want to stay broke, live like you're rich!"
I have a 14 year old Mazda 6 and an 18 year old Fiat. OK technically that's two cars, but their combined age is 32. hehe!If you want to be rich, live like you're poor; if you want to be poor, live like you're rich.0 -

Amen brother. Thanks to my binary trading profits I have 32 Lambos and Ferraris with an average age of one year so I'm also well thrifty.
Of course I don't actually own 32 cars - I have a mate who owns a dealership who lets me take photos of myself leaning against the high-end stock. But my Facebook downline doesn't need to know that.0 -
You forgot to also add 'They unconvincingly spam internet forums" from your examples of how to measure their greatness.• The rich buy assets.
• The poor only have expenses.
• The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.

Fantastic - spammer posts spam, gets quoted in #29 and #30 before being deleted, and then returns to post exactly the same again! This one could run and run if MSE Towers don't improve their processes....0

Both 29 and 30 deleted the spam company name so I don't see a problem with them. Perhaps MSE could auto-delete posts identical to those that had already been removed, but it's a big database to search and it could be easily circumvented with a bot that alters a letter here or there.0

Likewise I wasn't advocating automated text matching, just that accounts clearly set up specifically to post spam should be suspended, i.e. prevention rather than cure - this obviously happens for those used to plaster many copies of the same garbage around the place, although to be fair I suppose this might be seen as harsh for a single initial infringement.
Do we think we've heard the last from Mr Sanches though?0 -
I have here a fine bargepole. How long, you ask? Ten feet.: )0

Thank you for joining up to tell us that - but I think you are wrong. Binary Trading is great for the web sites that facilitate it.
as a shareholder in IG group, i agree.
i urge everybody not to try binary trading. but if you insist on trying it anyway, please do it with IG group: your loss will be my gainAlexbranston wrote: »I suggest you learn the basics and see if trading is for you.
you've tried to moderate your claims about binary trading, but that's still dreadful advice.
it's just gambling, with the odds tilted against you (so that the likes of IG group can make a profit). there is nothing worth learning to be learnt about it.
at best, you will have wasted many hours, for no recompense, before giving up. but there is a risk that you will think it is for you, because of an accidental run of good luck - something that can happen to anyone - and as a result, you will end up betting with real money, and losing the lot, before you realize your mistake. or perhaps you'll never realize it, and will end up complaining in forums about how a binary trading site cheated you in some way you can't quite explain, despite it being a genuine binary trading site (i.e. a bookie, out to make money by setting the odds so that you lose more than you win, as opposed to a scam site which just nicks you money - both kinds of site do exist).
if you're prepared to put in some work and to take some risks, then why not just do some paid minimum-wage work (or something better, if that's open to you), and then invest all your pay (after tax) in a well-diversified stock market fund, and wait? with that method, you'll definitely get something back, but it's very uncertain how much. but the key point is that the odds are then in your favour.0
