Self Employed Private Medical Cover Decuctions

Hi there, I wanted to try and clarify something.
I have seen several online pages which state that if you are running a self employed business, you could potentially claim your Private Medical Cover charges per year as an expense.
Some pages say you could but only 10% of your gross profit. I am not sure if some of the pages are US, so would be grateful if anyone could clarify this for me. I am a UK based sole trader.
My annual private medical cover is around £750 - this comes in well below 10% of my gross profit per year.

Ring HMRC. They are the only people who can tell you comprehensively, not an open online forum. Takes like 5 minutes.0

What number are you ringing? Five minutes?! Last time I called them I was kept on hold for almost 45 minutes and spoke to an incredibly rude person.
Just looking to see if this is possible. If anyone has any experience and says they have, I will waste some of my life in the telephone queues and try my luck in speaking to someone who is nice and friendly.0
