PPI Claim through Resolver

A complaint for PPI mis-selling was sent via the Resolver system to Yorkshire Bank on 2/2/17. I have received no further correspondence. How long should it normally take for an acknowledgement or response to be sent?

Ring them up and ask, not impossible they didn't get the complaint as Resolver isn't perfect.
They have 8 weeks to respond before the complaint can go to the FOS but if they haven't had a complaint then it won't have started!Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

Not this long. Theyhave a total of8 weeks to reach a decision but it seems they didn't receive your complaint at all.
