Asda Card login probs

Is anyone else having problems getting into their Asda credit card account online? I am tearing my hair out over this. I had to hang up the phone last night on customer services I was so tired of going round in circles.
I initially went to login as usual but was told it was the wrong password (sure it wasn't) but went through the hoops for a new one. As soon as I got a new one I was told "too many attempts" as soon as I'd put the first one in! So after clearing cookies etc and using a different browser and doing this multiple times I called support. They ended up deleting my whole account and we started from scratch....only for the same thing to immediately happen again.
Anyone experience anything similar or can offer any ideas please?

No problems until recently, but now have been unable to login for a week, with a permanent maintenance message, every time I attempt to.0
