CCJ credit score points

Hi,

I am in the process of having a ccj set aside and wondered if anyone knows how many points i can expect my credit score with experian etc to increase once it is removed

    No, each CRA use their own formula that's not published. It also depends on what else is on your report, I'm assuming if you have a CCJ then you have a defaulted debt, is that getting removed to.
  • the defaulted debt isnt on my file as it was for services provided to a limited company i was a director of - it is being removed on the grounds that it is not a personal debt so my name shouldnt have been on the claim

    only just discovered it as i moved house a couple of years ago and all the paperwork went to my old address!

    As the 'scores' are randomly generated numbers with little or no meaning nobody can predict how the score will be impacted.
