    Generally Kosher sausages are beef frankfurters. Obviously no pork sausage will be kosher.

    Success! Morrison's do sausages the old fashion way. They do a good selection with what they call natural casing's. They certainly don't have that plastic fee like other supper markets sausage's & taste really nice.
    Yipe! No more condom encased banger's.

    I find the natural casing (actual pig gut) to be tougher and snappier than the ones made form collagen. But each to their own.

    Surprised at that, as the Morrison sausage has hardly any skin/case texture at all. Maybe there is a different mixture in some than others as
    collagen is only part of the casing ingredient.
