2nd DRO

Can I apply for a 2nd DRO
Was granted one in September 2010 and successfully completed it.
Suddenly and unexpectedly I have lost my job and haven't got anything in the pipeline as yet.
Was earning good salary so could easily service my debts!

You are allowed to have one DRO every six years.

So providing you meet the rest of the criteria, yes is the answer.

Sourcrates is right, you can have 1 DRO every 6 years, from when the last DRO was granted. So you could reapply as of September 2016.


The criteria has changed slightly since you last reapplied, you can now have debt up to £20,000, up to £1000 worth of assets and a car worth up to £1000, but you still cannot have more than £50 per month disposable money.
