Hi
I took our a secure loan some years ago through Blemain, they say that they are not responsible as the loan was through a broker. The broker is no longer trading so I was wondering where I go from here? Is this the end?
Any help appreciated?

If it dates from before Jan 2005 then its the end of the road. The FOS cannot look at cases where the company liable no longer exists and the FSCS can only look at post regulation cases. Regulation started in Jan 2005.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
