My Credit Score Dissapeared

About once a month I would go on credit karma and check my score. It was always the same 524 score for both TransUnion and Equifax. Being that I'm only 20 years old and hadn't worked on building my credit and had owed a 1200 dollar medical bill i expected it to be low. A few weeks back though I had been approved for a charge card at Kohls and Was expecting my first bill in the mail and didn't receive it. I checked on credit karma to see if maybe it got lost in the mail and became a collection and my credit score was gone. my TransUnion and Equifax scores both said N/A. It had the credit inquiry from kohls when they ran my credit recently but I had no score and my medical bill for 1200 in collections was wiped from my credit and said it was no longer owed... I am very confused and slightly upset by this cause I don't really understand why my credit score and collections are both gone. Most people would probably be glad their collections are gone but me being the paranoid person I am can't help but worry about why it's now gone and why my credit score is now N/A according to them :huh:

I don't know if you actually realise this, but you are posting on a UK forum where it is unlikely that anybody will be able to assist you. I would suggest that you post this to a forum in your own country where somebody may be in a better position to advise.
