Llyods YSB home insurance

Bought the above insurance with a £120 cashback from quidco. It has tracked on quidco. My problem is I have just phoned Llyods TSB as I did not receive any confirmation email or written confirmation of the transaction and there is no record on their system that it has been set up. Has it ever happened to anybody, I did give my credit card details and got a screen with confirmation of my transaction and a reference number. Yet, when I phoned there is no record of such transaction being taken place. I am a bit concerned not, I have checked my bank statement, and no money has been taken. Does this make sense to anybody, I was so upset that I an now going to buy from the AA? How come it has tracked on quidco and yet nothing on their system? Any explanation, anybody? Thanks
