UPVC French Doors - can they open to 180 degrees flat against window cill

We have UPVC French Doors fitted in our Conversatory and currently when opened fully onto our decking they are no more than 90 degrees.
Are there any special hinges that can be fitted to allow the doors to open to 180 degress to fold back flat against each UPVC window cill without damaging either the Door or the Cill?

If the frame is re-fixed to the front edge of the brickwork then the doors can open far wider.0

A photo of your conservatory hinges would help illustrate your problem.
