The bottom line is that if you own the house jointly and he takes out a loan secured on it (for example he might think it was a bright idea to consolidate all his existing debts...) then you could lose your home.
Not to mention the risk to your credit rating and potential hassle with creditors phoning if you share the same address...
And, from what you say in your earlier posts, what chance do you think you have of getting him to contribute to his share of the bills?0
