Ugly bath!

Our bath obviously had a very dodgy grouting job done on it and the edges where it meets the tiles now have a nasty mouldy/orangey brown stain to them.
Is there a way to clean the remaining grout away and clean up the bath on the (bog standard white plastic-y) bath?
Any help appreciated!

It shouldn't be grout, it should be silicon.
If so, then you can quite easily cut it away with a very sharp knife and then a scraper for the remaining bits. You can then re-silicon the whole lot. Make sure that you get the mould / fungus resistant type.
You should fill the bath about 3/4 full before you do this and allow 24 hours for the sealant to set.0 -

Why, thank you very much0

You can get something called 'silicon eater' (or something similar) which will help clean off any bits that are particularly messy, or if the fitter went a bit over the top when doing the silicon without damaging the bath.0

Yes, very expensive though - I have no idea why.0
